our happily ever after.

this brings me to the last of our wedding recap posts! we had a day after shoot for our wedding portraits, and there was honestly not even one that we didn't love & frame on our wall. we LOVED doing it this way because we were so relaxed & there wasn't a rush to be anywhere next.
last night for our anniversary, we celebrated by doing the simplest of things, ice cream & a movie date. going to the movies on a whim isn't something we get to do often, so we went all out & got nachos, a soda & ate our weight in popcorn. it was a great night & again i felt so blessed to be married to chris, he makes my life full & wonderful... then we came home to our little & that was the cherry on top.

the day i didn't say i do...

...when we got married, we had a traditional catholic ceremony & the words 'i do' are actually never spoken. instead you say all of the things you are vowing to do instead of agreeing with them by saying i do. either way, i DO love chris so stinkin' much & intend to keep all of those promises that i made that day, for the rest of my life. i am the luckiest to be married to my husband. today marks 4 years since we (officially) tied our hearts together & i took his last name. we've had a wonderful life together so far & i know it's only started. i love him more today than i ever have & am surprised with each passing day at how that love continues to grow & change for the better.
this post includes some of my favorite shots from our ceremony & reception, happy wednesday to YOU & happy anniversary to me & my sweet love!

becoming mrs. salvaggione...

happy tuesday to you!
it's anniversary week for chris & i, hip hip!
4 whole years of marriage & i am thankful for them.
i would re-marry chris every single day if it was up to me, except maybe now on the beach... barefoot... with our littles & our family all there, also with endless amounts of mimosas and cake (NOT that i didn't adore our wedding, i'm just sayin' vow renewal... ;))
i didn't start this blog until after we were married & so all of our gorgeous photos have just been sitting in a facebook album all this time, poor quality & all, so i decided this year to share with you some of my favorites from the day & split it up into three different posts! i hope you enjoy part one, photos from before our ceremony! xoxo
