last week we were blessed with some beautiful, sunny days before it rained for a week straight. i am thankful for the rain, it's turning everything green and bright... but those sunshiney days were the perfect preview of what summer will bring with the kiddos. lucy + arrow loved swinging, and abel chased bubbles until he was red in the face! we threw the ball with the dogs + remembered what it's like to enjoy them and not merely tolerate them, shared popsicles on the patio, and i was reminded how thankful i am for chris + how hard he works everyday so that i can spend my days like this, he's the best. we are ready for you sunshine... come out, come out wherever you are!
also, it's my birthday-- huzzah!
